I also skillfully represent my criminal defense clients at trial, taking the strongest possible case before a judge and/or jury. I have over 30 years of experience, and I have worked hard to become one of the few attorneys in the state who have been designated certified criminal trial lawyer by the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Notable case: I appealed a client's conviction on drug charges (possession with intent to distribute more than 155 kilograms of cocaine) all the way to the United States Court of Appeal. My client's eleven-year prison sentence was commuted, and all charges against him were later dismissed.
